Carole Hiatt Design Associates, founded 1980, is a full service interior design firm specializing in project management with attention to product and finish selections, installations, and budgetary guidelines. Beginning with the initial consultation to the final details of completion we guide our client through their design project. Our design encompasses residential, commercial and healthcare with aesthetic emphasis on clean, simple, and classic lines. We offer an array of products and services to meet all phases of the design process and take pride in listening to our clients’ “dreams” and bringing them to fruition. Through this collaboration we have developed what we call "Design Excellence – A Simple and Balanced Equation."
Design Excellence = Diligent client service oriented with a comfortable relationship between client and designer; thereby ensuring the client’s wants and needs are translated into a functional space reflecting their personality and lifestyle.
Fee Structures
- Initial consult in client space – 1 hour-$125.00
- Hourly $75.00/hour – Minimum 10 hours
- Purchasing only – Cost plus % with minimum of $2,000.00
- Flat Fee – dependent upon project
